Before returning or canceling products contact Decima’s Representative for the concerned issue.Provide the reason(s) for the return and once you have communicated and your return is verbally accepted you must prepay and ship the product (no CODs accepted).

On your packing slip, indicate if you would like a replacement or credit on your Decima account.

If you do not have a packing slip, please write the reason for return, purchase date, invoice number and item number for each product being returned.
